Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp tarragon mustard, from Austria
  • 5 tbsp cucumber water, from the pickle jar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with tarragon mustard and garlic

Peel and chop the garlic, mix it with all the other ingredients and puree the dressing with a hand blender.
