Pumpkin seed oil dressing

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 shot of pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Best with rocket or lamb’s lettuce

Combine the sugar and lemon juice. Then add the pumpkin seed oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves and the dressing has a creamy consistency. This dressing tastes best with lamb’s lettuce or arugula, as the oil brings out the nutty flavor of the salad. I like to add pear pieces to the lamb’s lettuce.
