Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g tomatoes
  • 100 g onion(s), red, diced
  • 7 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp grape seed oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with grape seed oil and white wine vinegar

Slice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl with the onions. Mix the vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper well and pour over the tomatoes.
