Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 300 g powdered sugar
- 200 g flour, smooth
- 100 g nuts, grated
- ⅛ liter of water, cold
- ⅛ liter of oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer for 7 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at approximately 160 degrees Celsius for about an hour.
