Baked porcini mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg porcini mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • Olive oil, for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the porcini mushrooms, rinse them, and pat them dry. Remove the stems and finely chop them. Sprinkle the caps with lemon juice. Place them upside down in a dish greased with olive oil. Mix the garlic with the chopped stems and divide them among the caps. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with the 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Place the dish on the wire rack under the preheated grill and grill the mushrooms for about 2 minutes.
