Grilled porcini mushrooms

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large porcini mushrooms, cleaned
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Parsley
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Cut the porcini mushrooms lengthwise into approximately 1 cm wide slices. Mix the oil with chopped parsley, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush the porcini mushrooms with the marinade and place them on a hot grill (or alternatively, the oven). Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, brushing them repeatedly with the marinade. Can be served as an appetizer, or as a side dish to grilled meat, or homemade pasta. Note: Since I’m a “cook by heart,” the amount of oil is approximate and can be adjusted to your liking and taste.
