Pear and almond cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) oil, neutral
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 2 large pears

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

(Sheet cake) quickly prepared and uncomplicated

Combine all the batter ingredients (brown sugar is also a good option) and spread them on a baking sheet. Peel the pears, core them, and cut them into small pieces. Arrange the pear pieces on the batter and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 170°C for 30-40 minutes (use a skewer to test the filling; one cup is about 250 ml).
