Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of water
- 2 cubes of vegetable stock
- 80 g flour
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine flour, eggs, milk, and salt and fry in a pan until golden brown. Let them cool, roll them up, and cut them into strips. Now boil the vegetable broth. Add the pancakes to the hot (but not boiling) soup. You can garnish with parsley.
