- 120 g flour
- 2 egg yolks

- 125 ml cream
- 250 ml milk
- Salt
- pepper
- Herbs (e.g. thyme, parsley, chives)

Swabian-style pancakes with herbs
For the herb pancakes, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper, and finally add the chopped herbs. Fry in a well-coated pan with a little oil until small pancakes form. Fold into quarters to serve. Delicious with asparagus (instead of potatoes). You can also cut the pancakes into small strips and add them to a clear broth.
