Non-alcoholic punch with peach and tangerine

Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 700 ml lemonade (bitter lemon)
  • 700 ml lemonade (bitter orange)
  • 700 ml grape juice, red
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 1 large can of peach(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bitter lemon, bitter orange, and grape juice (all well chilled) are added to the punch bowl. Then the fruit is drained, reserving the juice separately. The mandarins go directly into the punch, while the peaches are first cut into small pieces. Finally, the most important step is to season the punch with the reserved juices. Initially, the punch tastes quite tart. The addition of the juices balances this with sweetness. I’ve always seasoned it so that the tartness, sweetness, and tanginess of the carbonation are well balanced.
