Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 750 ml milk
- 500 ml broth
- Salt
- Fat
- Chives or parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Make a thin batter from flour, eggs, salt, and milk. Fry thin pancakes in hot oil. Once cooled, cut into strips, place on a plate, and serve with hot broth. Garnish with chives or parsley, if desired.
