Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 30 g butter
- 4 tbsp anise – aperitif
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 8 scoops of ice cream, vanilla
- 1 tbsp almond(s), roasted flakes
- 100 ml sauce (orange sauce)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drizzle the bananas with lemon juice and fry in hot butter for 1 minute on each side. Serve on plates. Immediately deglaze the pan with aniseed aperitif. Add sugar and cinnamon and heat gently while stirring. Pour over the bananas. Top each with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Serve with the orange sauce.
