Spinach spaetzle

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g spaetzle
  • 100 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 80 g herb butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 80 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaetzle in plenty of salted water until al dente. Thaw the spinach leaves, trim the mushrooms, and slice them. Heat the herb butter, sauté the mushrooms and spinach, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Then add the drained spaetzle and stir. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the top.
