Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 120 g flour
- 250 g cornstarch
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Knead the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, and cornstarch into a dough. Chill for 30 minutes. Form the dough into cherry-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls with a fork to create a ridged pattern. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until light brown. Place cookies on a wire rack and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
