Quick cake with fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • ½ liter flour
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g sugar
  • Fruits, as desired (e.g. apples or cherries from the jar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and spread evenly on a greased baking sheet. Prepare the fruit (peel, core, or drain and slice) and press into the batter (they will be baked). Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180-200°C. Dust with powdered sugar.
