Finnish berry cake

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cake base (Viennese base)
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 600 ml cream
  • 1 pack of frozen berries (wild berries)
  • liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Drizzle the liquid over the base. Cook the pudding and stir well to prevent a skin from forming. When the pudding is cool, spread one half on the bottom layer. Press in half of the fruit and spread a third of the whipped cream on top. Repeat with the second layer. Spread the remaining cream over the cake and decorate as desired (with chocolate shavings, berries, mint leaves, brittle, or almond flakes).
