Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g almond(s), chopped
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter red wine
  • 150 g chocolate sprinkles
  • e.g. cake icing (chocolate icing)
  • optionally almond(s), chopped for sprinkling
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with red wine! Delicious!

Preheat the oven to 150°C. First, combine the margarine and sugar. Then add the eggs and mix. Mix the flour and baking powder, then add them and mix well. Now add the chopped almonds, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and red wine and mix everything well. Add the chocolate sprinkles and fold in. Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet and smooth it down. Bake on the middle rack at 150°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes. After baking, remove the cake and let it cool. Finally, spread the melted chocolate glaze over the cake and smooth it down. Tip: After applying the chocolate glaze, decorate the cake with chopped almonds.
