Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi
  • 1 pack of bratwurst (Thuringian)
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 cans of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the sausages into small pieces and fry in oil. Quarter the mushrooms and fry them. Add the gnocchi and deglaze with the canned tomatoes. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and the Italian herbs. Finally, melt the finely chopped mozzarella into the sauce. This will make it nice and creamy.
