Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g chocolate (Milka whole milk)
  • 600 g cream, long-life
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 ml brandy

from the Thermomix TM 21, super creamy

Chop the chocolate 3 times for 3 seconds on the “Turbo” setting. Add 200 ml of cream, the egg, and the sugar. Heat for 9 minutes at 90°C (speed 3). After 5 minutes, add the remaining cream and the brandy. Pour the liqueur into a bottle while still hot and store in the refrigerator. This recipe yields approximately 800 ml. The liqueur tastes great both hot and cold. We like it best served well chilled.
