Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g pasta (horn pasta)
  • Salt
  • 4 egg(s), hard boiled, peeled, quartered
  • 500 g beef, cooked, diced
  • 250 g tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 medium-sized gherkin(s), diced
  • 1 small jar of shallots (100 g), drained
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions and drain. Whisk the oil, vinegar, and lemon juice together vigorously, stir in the mustard, and season the marinade with salt, pepper, and sugar. Toss the salad ingredients with the dressing, let it marinate, and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
