Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 12 slice(s) Leberkäse, thinly sliced like sausage
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 gherkins, if they are small maybe more
- 100 g cheese (Emmental)
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp parsley

Beer garden recipe
Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes along with the cucumbers and cheese. Combine the sour cream, mustard, finely chopped parsley, and finely chopped chives. Stir in the onion, cucumbers, and cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto the Leberkäse slices, roll them up, and refrigerate for about an hour. Depending on the size, halve or third them before serving. Tie with chives if desired.
