Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 point raisins
  • 400 pts. flour (can also use 1/2 with wholemeal flour)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix everything together, form a nice dough and bake at 175°C for 45 minutes.
