Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breasts cut into small strips
- 300 ml dry sherry
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- Peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 sprigs of thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes
Place the chicken breast strips in a bowl. Mix the sherry with the bay leaf, thyme, crushed peppercorns, and salt. Pour the mixture over the meat and let it marinate for 4 hours. Then, fry the chicken fillet strips in a hot pan.
