Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 150 g sour cream
  • some herbal salt
  • some pepper
  • a little curry powder
  • some mustard
  • 1 bunch of mixed herbs, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, and sour cream until creamy. Wash the herbs (I used chives, parsley, wild garlic, and lovage), pat dry, finely chop, and fold in. Season with herb salt, pepper, curry powder, and mustard. Let it marinate in the refrigerator.
