Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g cheese (Brie), double cream
  • 30 g butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 20 leaves of wild garlic, more depending on size and taste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spicy spread, also great as a dip.

Crumble the cheese into a deep dish and mash it with a fork. Add the butter and sour cream, mashing them with a fork, and mix well. Season generously with paprika, salt, and pepper. Dice the onion, finely chop the wild garlic, add it to the cheese, and stir in. Season to taste. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread. Tip: If you prefer a spicier cream, you can also use soft cheese with chili; it also tastes very good.
