quick and tasty

Crumble the cheese and place it in a tall container. Wash the wild garlic, pat it dry, trim the stalks, and chop finely. Then add the wild garlic to the container. Blend everything with a blender. Now add the cream cheese and puree everything. Finally, add the lemon zest and lemon juice to the container. Add a little salt, pepper, and sugar. Puree the spread again. Season the spread again to taste, adding more salt and pepper if desired. The spread will keep in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator for about 3 days. It goes very well with a freshly baked baguette. It also works well as a dip for vegetable sticks.
