Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g cooked ham
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 200g spaghetti
- Chives for garnishing
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely dice the ham, onion, and bell pepper. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Sauté the diced ingredients in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the cream and broth, stir in the ajvar, and bring to a boil. Whisk the egg and egg yolk with a little broth and add to the pan. Do not allow to boil. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and Provençal herbs, and stir in the dripping-wet spaghetti. Garnish with chives.
