Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g ham, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Inexpensive main meal

Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the chives and cut into rings. Boil the eggs hard for about 8 minutes. Cook the pasta as usual. Add the peas 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking. Heat the butter in a pan, fry the onions and ham, and season generously with pepper. Rinse the eggs and peel them. Toss them in the chives and halve them. Drain the pasta and peas, return them to the pot, add the butter mixture, and mix everything well. Season to taste and serve the pasta with the eggs. Sprinkle the remaining chives over the top.
