- ½ baguette(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 cup cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia, approx. 200 g
- 1 tsp, leveled mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Briefly bake the baguette in the oven, if desired. Then cut into slices about 2 cm thick. Dice the bell peppers. Then mix with the crushed garlic clove, Philadelphia cheese, and mustard. Season to taste (some people prefer more garlic). Finally, spread the mixture onto the baguette slices for a perfect snack.
