Winemaker's salad with Romadur and sausage

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ meat sausage
  • ½ Romadur, 20% fat
  • ¼ cucumber(s), peeled
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • n. B. vinegar
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and delicious

Skin the bologna, halve lengthwise if necessary, and cut into thin slices. Dice the Romadur cheese, peel the cucumber and onion, and thinly slice them. Place everything in a bowl. Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients, pour it over the sausage salad, and let it marinate for about 2 hours.
