Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1,200 g tortellini from the refrigerated section, with cheese or meat filling
- salt water
- 1 large can of pineapple
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 450 g natural yogurt (full-fat yogurt)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions, drain, and let cool. Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and curry powder. Add a little pineapple juice from the can. Cut the pineapple into chunks. Cut the cooked ham and Gouda into strips and mix with the sauce. Pour the sauce over the tortellini and stir in gently. The salad can be eaten immediately, but tastes even better if left to marinate overnight. If so, reserve some of the pineapple juice and add a little more if the sauce has become too thick.
