Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g mascarpone
- 300 g yogurt
- 1 large can of peach(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Sugar, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the peaches in a sieve, reserving the juice. Cut the peaches into small pieces. Blend the mascarpone, yogurt, peach juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Fold in the peach pieces and fill dessert bowls.
