Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti (fork-sized)
- 1 pack of cooked ham
- 2 eggs
- some Maggi
- some pepper
- e.g. applesauce
- ½ onion(s), dice
- ½ pack of cheese, grated
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Dice the onions and the cooked ham, then fry both in a pan. Whisk the eggs. Drain the pasta and season with Maggi. Add to the pan, season with pepper, then pour the eggs over the pasta and fry. Sprinkle with grated cheese and toss until melted. Add a dollop of applesauce when serving.
