Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (Krauselli)
- 100 g smoked belly, streaky, diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- 1 shot of milk
- 1 tsp, heaped tarragon
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Pre-cook the pasta as directed on the package. Beat the eggs with the milk and seasonings. Gently brown the bacon in a large pan with the oil (the pasta must also fit in it later). If the bacon is very fatty, you can omit the oil. Add the pasta and fry lightly. Make sure that not all of the bacon is on the bottom, or it will become too brown later. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and let it set over medium heat. When the egg or bacon starts to brown, turn everything over. If turning it whole is too difficult for you, do what I do and turn it quarter by quarter. Now turn the pan off, and after another 2-3 minutes the pasta bake is ready. Children love the bake with ketchup, but a mixed salad also goes well with it.
