Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g liquid margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g flour (wheat flour 1050 is also suitable)
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 1 jar brandy
- Fat and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the margarine in a saucepan, but do not heat it. Beat it with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Stir in the brandy and pour into a greased and floured tart pan. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes (less time with fan-assisted oven). It’s especially delicious as a strawberry tart.
