Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g sausage (Lyoner)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • Parsley
  • 1 jar of pickled gherkins for sausage salad
  • 3 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 1 dashes Maggi
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the Lyoner sausage into strips and the bell pepper into small cubes. Chop the parsley and mix with the Lyoner sausage, bell pepper, and cucumber. Mix the cucumber juice with Maggi, mustard, vinegar, and oil, season with salt, pepper, and Fondor. Add to the sausage salad. Serve with croquettes or fries.
