Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g raspberries (frozen)
- 60 g chocolate, Yogurette Raspberry (6 bars)
- 200 g flour
- 150 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
- ½ pack of baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 100 g sugar
- 50 ml oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 pack vanilla flavoring, (bourbon)
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- some juice (raspberry juice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
own creation
Cut the yogurt into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes. Make a glaze with 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and a little raspberry juice, and spread it over the cooled muffins.
