Yogurette Raspberry Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 60 g chocolate, Yogurette Raspberry (6 bars)
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack vanilla flavoring, (bourbon)
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • some juice (raspberry juice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

own creation

Cut the yogurt into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes. Make a glaze with 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and a little raspberry juice, and spread it over the cooled muffins.
