Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (24cm diameter)
- 12 chocolate kisses
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 ml cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cans of tangerine(s)

very simple without baking
Remove the wafers from the marshmallows and set aside. Place the remaining marshmallows in a bowl and crush with a fork. Add the lemon juice and quark and mix well. Whip the cream with a sachet of cream stiffener until stiff peaks form and fold in. Drain 2 cans of mandarin oranges and place them tightly together on the base. Spread the mixture on top in a dome shape. Arrange the marshmallow wafers in a ring on top of the dome. These will mark the cake slices! Typically, exactly 11 fit around the dome and one in the middle. Chill for at least an hour.
