Pineapple-grapefruit curd

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g pineapple, fresh
  • 100 g grapefruit(s)
  • 300 g sour milk
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and chop it finely. Peel and chop the grapefruit. Blend the fruit with the sour cream and season with sugar or agave syrup. Pour into glasses.
