Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g tortellini with ricotta filling
- 1 package creamed spinach, frozen
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aged
- 100 g cheese (Emmental)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- some nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Finely chop the garlic and sauté it in olive oil. Add the spinach and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Place the spinach in a greased baking dish. Spread the tortellini over the spinach first, then the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
