Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g berries (forest fruits), frozen
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 pack of cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia Yogurt Balance
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

sophisticated and simple

Thaw the berries slightly and blend them in the milk with a hand blender. Then add the cream cheese and sugar and stir in. Pour the shake into 4 highball glasses and serve.
