  • 200 g cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia Basil Balance
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 80 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • e.g. basil

Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the pizza dough with cream cheese, top with tomato slices, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Garnish the pizza with fresh basil, if desired, cut into 12 slices, and serve.
