Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 points tomato(s), pureed
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 200 g salami (preferably the plain, pre-sliced kind)
- 1 tsp black pepper

Special Tomatoes
Cut the salami into small cubes and sauté in a pan. Those conscious of calories can drain off the rendered fat, but it tastes better if the fat stays in. Add the passata, cream, and pepper and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Tastes great with any kind of pasta. Don’t skimp on the pepper.
