Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 ml juice, homemade, here currant juice
  • 3 tbsp drink powder (Kaba Vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

Place the yogurt in the freezer for 30 minutes to ensure the drink is nice and cold. Pour the drink powder into a 0.5-liter glass. Pour in the yogurt and add the milk. Mix everything well. Add the juice, creating a nice texture in the glass for serving. Stir well to drink. Tip: Add a straw to the glass; it looks nicer and makes drinking more enjoyable.
