  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C for about 10 minutes. Mix the peanut butter with the eggs. Add the flour and sugar and mix until smooth. Form the dough into round cookies and bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. Baking time may vary from oven to oven. The cookies should be soft when removed from the oven. This will keep them moist. The cookies are delicious both warm and cold. You can sprinkle the cookies with sugar or decorate them with melted chocolate.
