Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 250 g sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 250 sugar
- 250 ml spirit
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- Nutmeg, a hint

quick eggnog
Bring the milk and sugar to a boil. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until very foamy and add to the cooled milk. Stir for another 30 minutes. Add the spirit, vanilla pod, and nutmeg. Pour into a bottle and cork (or use a screw cap). The liqueur requires no aging and is ready to drink.
