Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), grated peel
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Beat the two eggs with the sugar and beer until frothy, add the lemon zest and cinnamon, and heat while stirring continuously. Serve and drink immediately.
