Poultry – Pineapple – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g poultry, cooked or fried (also leftovers)
  • 400 g pineapple, diced, can OR:
  • ½ pineapple, fresh
  • 300 g Miracle Whip
  • 3 tsp mustard, curry chili
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt
  • Red pepper, crushed
  • 100 g walnuts, crumbled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix Miracle Whip with mustard and spices. Fold in diced chicken, pineapple chunks, and walnuts. Let stand for 1 hour.
