Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 m.-sized potatoes
- 250 g pasta
- 200g salami
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 eggs
- oil
- butter
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Boil the potatoes in their jacket potatoes, peel them, and cut them into slices or cubes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Peel the onion and dice it. Dice the sausage as well. Fry the potatoes and onions in butter and oil (a little oil and a little butter). Add the sausage and fry briefly. Add the pasta and fry until it has browned. Season with salt. Crack the eggs over the top, season with salt, and mix everything well. You can also make the dish without sausage, or without sausage and eggs. The interesting thing is the mixture of potatoes and pasta.
