Potato-Leberkäse-Noodle Pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of Leberkäse
  • 2 large potatoes, boiled
  • 150 g pasta, e.g. spirals, cooked
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • some salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta and potatoes until tender. Dice the onion and fry in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Cut the meatloaf into small cubes and add to the onions. Fry until slightly crispy. Then add the potatoes and pasta and fry a little longer. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the top, mix everything together, and let the cheese melt. Season with salt and pepper.
